I offer a full-service ceremony package. I guide you through the ceremony process, getting to know who you are and drawing out what you desire for your wedding day rite of passage. Then
I craft your unique and 100% personal ceremony and deliver it with professionalism, humor and authenticity. Each Celebrant and Officiant is unique, and you want a ceremony specialist you feel great about!
Additional Services I Offer:
- Singing, either with musicians or a cappella. I am a classically trained vocalist, and have a large repertoire of songs, from popular to classical to spiritual and religious, and with enough time I can learn anything. Music enhances any occasion.
- Consultation on planning an Earth-Friendly, minimum impact event.
- Vow Writing sessions to help you create deeply personal vows that come from your heart.
- Grounding and centering visualizations for the main participants before each ceremony.
- Sound Blessings~ wordless, spontaneous tunes that comes from the heart and are unique for each couple or celebration.
- Private beach on the San Mateo Coast available for small ceremonies (Maximum 6 people)
How is a Life-Cycle Celebrant® different from any other Officiant?
As a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant®, I know that your ceremony is all about you. You are not going to get the old “Dearly Beloved…” ceremony with me. Each ceremony I write is individual and personalized to tell *your* love story.
As your Celebrant, I will…
- Meet with you over coffee or tea to discuss your vision for the ceremony of your dreams.
- Offer unlimited phone and email contact for all Ceremony questions, as well as general Wedding support.
- Consult with you by phone and email until your ceremony is perfect.
- Provide you with wedding vendor resources and referrals.
- Lead your wedding rehearsal
- Arrive for your ceremony one hour early to facilitate a calm and joyous beginning
- Officiate your wedding ceremony
- File legal paperwork with the County Clerk
- Send you a beautiful Keepsake Copy of your ceremony
How much do you charge?
Each couple and ceremony are unique, and my fees are quoted on an individual basis. My ceremonies range from $400-$850, depending on many elements including the location, size, and vision for your ceremony. How long are your ceremonies?
Well, that depends on what we create! Typically, my wedding ceremonies run from 15-30 minutes.
How do we get a marriage license?
To be married in California, you can apply for a regular marriage license at any County Clerk’s office in the state. It does not have to be where you live *or* where you are getting married. If you are applying for a confidential marriage license, you must go to the Clerk’s office in the county you will be getting married in.
Many counties have the paperwork available online so that you can bring it in filled out. Both partners must go in person to get the paperwork, and remember to bring your ID! Many counties only accept cash or certified check/ money order for the fees, so remember to check before you go.
